Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives with damage or shows defects inconsistent with our quality standards, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our team will promptly assess your case and provide a free replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer.

2. Incorrect Item Received

Received the wrong style, design, or color? We're sincerely sorry for the mix-up. Simply email us with your order details and we’ll send out the correct item or issue a refund based on your preference.

3. Wrong Size Delivered

If the size shipped to you differs from what was ordered, let us know right away. We'll ensure the correct size is sent or issue a refund as needed.

4. Extended Delivery Delays

If your U.S. order hasn't arrived within 30 days, or an international order exceeds 60 days, please contact us. We’ll look into it immediately and either reship or refund your order, depending on the situation.

Replacement orders follow our standard timeline: 3 business days for processing, and 10–20 business days for shipping.

As each product is custom-made to order, we kindly ask that you review the following policies:

• Customer Checkout Errors

Refunds or exchanges are not available for incorrect selections made at checkout (size, color, design). Please double-check your cart before finalizing your purchase.

• Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, production may have started and cancellation is not guaranteed. That said, if you reach out quickly, we’ll always do our best to help.

• Design or Image Quality Concerns

We use high-resolution printing processes to ensure design clarity. Personal preferences regarding brightness, sharpness, or saturation are not eligible for return unless a technical issue is clearly present.

Production & Fulfillment Timeline

Our made-to-order model ensures that every item is crafted with care:

1. Order is confirmed and enters production (2–3 business days).

2. Product is shipped via trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or DHL (average shipping time: 4–7 business days).

3. After the initial 12-hour window, orders are processed automatically and cannot be changed or canceled.
